The Eratoi cooperative is made up of an experienced group of 30 smallholder farmers, whose motivation to process high quality coffee continues to be at the forefront of their work. 
 
This incredible fully washed blend of Typica and Timor Hybrid varieties has been processed to the highest standards at an altitude of 1800 m.a.s.l., resulting in a wonderfully vibrant and flavourful cup.

  • Roaster's Notes

    Eratoi returns to Allpress for a fourth season, after being one of the team’s favourite coffees for the last couple of years.

    This lot is sourced via Karts Organics, a specialty green bean supplier which focuses on sourcing Arabica coffee beans directly from the farmers of Timor-Leste. They spend the entirety of the harvest in situ, which allows them to not only concentrate on relationship building with their partner farmers, but also to better understand their expectations, their communities and the culture.

    Timorese coffee is truly wild and organically grown underneath the imposing shade trees that dominate the landscape, with time old traditions in processing coffee passed on from generation to generation.
