  • Roaster's Notes

This is our fifth year working with Ensambles Cafes Mexicanos and the fifth year straight selecting a lot from Oaxaca for our coffee menu – you may remember past names like Xochiltepec and Juquila Vijanos.

La Mazateca is in the northern part of La Cañada, a region of the state of Oaxaca. The name refers to the indigenous population of Mazatecos, who continue living there, preserving their rich cultural heritage.
