    Beatriz Guimarães and her family run Fazenda Lavrinha, in Cerrado Mineiro, where they have been producing specialty coffees for quite some time. Their coffees excel in sweetness and mouthfeel — hallmark traits of the region – having made them finalists in the Doce Cerrado category of the 2025 Expocacer Champions Stage.
