This is currently one of the most sought-after varieties in the industry, due to its balanced delicacy, complexity and sweetness.

  • Roaster's Notes

    Typica Mejorado is one of our favourite varieties here at Allpress. Which means we’re always extra excited when Ecuadorian lots arrive to the UK, as that’s where this variety shines the brightest!

    The coffee cherries in this lot were selected through flotation before being pulped, washed and placed inside tanks for a 24-hour fermentation.

    After fermentation, the coffee was washed once more and laid on african beds, inside polytunnels, for its final drying.
