    The Bertolini family is also a member of the producer association APROD, which works to support small producers in the region and promote the unique coffee produced in Divinolândia. As members of APROD, the Bertolinis are able to collaborate with other local producers and share knowledge and resources, helping to strengthen the community and improve the overall coffee quality.

    But the Bertolinis aren't just known for their coffee - they also produce award-winning cachaça, a popular Brazilian spirit made from fermented sugarcane juice. This added element of diversity helps to support the family's coffee production and adds an extra layer of complexity to the flavours found in their products.
