This washed Caturra and Catuaí lot was produced by Catarina Ramirez.  
Catarina is a first-generation coffee farmer, having started in 2013 and sowed their first coffee seedlings two years later. Catarina is part of the cooperative El Sendero, where this lot was separated for its exceptional quality. Expect a super clean and sweet cup – typically Guatemalan.

    El Sendero is the co-operative Catarina Ramirez is part of. They support coffee growers around Concepcion Huista, in Huehuetenango. The co-operative was formed in 2016 and it has 196 coffee producing members, of which 62 are women and 134 are men. The cooperative focuses on gender equality among coffee growers and especially supports young members.
