Our head roaster, James visited the Porta Do Ceu estate while on a sourcing trip a couple years ago. To get to it James had an idyllic journey up an extinct volcano for several hours on an uncooperative donkey to meet Mr. Miyaki, owner of the Porta do Ceu. Mr. Miyaki flew up on a chopper in fifteen minutes.
